We collect data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form: name and email address. We may also collect browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to send informational content about real estate crowdfunding in Colombia, updates on residential projects in Bogotá, Medellín and the Caribbean Coast, as well as to improve the website experience and meet legal obligations.

5. Data retention
We will keep your personal data for as long as your subscription remains active or there is a legitimate purpose for its processing. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, data will be securely deleted from our databases.
